Moral of the story....always check all pockets of pants and shirts ...before washing..

Went to a class put on by a paramedic called, Stop The Bleed. Would highly recommend everyone to take it. It would have helped in this situation big time.

Got in on the ridge. Very little fresh sign old runs and rubs. Nothing that makes me want to stop and hunt here.

But pre but is hiting they use this area due to funnel of the creek and ridges and its geting late. Anything can always happen but my bet Is a long uneventful sit.

Since its a 1 day hunt and extra refuge tag I think he will shoot a fawn in spots so standards are not high and that is going for us. There are big deer in this 50k acres some likely not seen many people since large section miles down the middle are restricted old ammo testing area. Last year I saw several pieces of unexploded stuff laying and partly carried in the ground. fins/tail pieces form something bullet shaped things about the size as a small coffee can.
