I’ve been running some bait holes for a few weeks now, got a decent number of them out.
The holes are around the diameter of a small pickle jar and go back probably 18 inches,,
I’ve been putting the bone dust/fat mixture that I get from work after cleaning the meat saws down in there.
And they are definitely getting hit.
I don’t know if it’s possums, coons, coyote, fox or skunk,,, but man,,, it’s fun to see that something was there..
I tried sifting some dirt to see if I could see the tracks,, but it didn’t work out.
They are like a step down set, I put in a shelf were I’m going to put in a 550 in a few days..
They are getting used to the free meal,,, I’m jumping at the bit to see what I’m going to catch there.

Get you some game cameras , most pawn shops are loaded with them cheap.

can buy tasco trail cams at walmart usually for 20 buck brand new.

i like testing bait and lure as well. wish i had an outlet for bone meal from a table saw.

Be pretty pricey with the number of bait holes I have out,,
I guess that’s part of the fun,,, and the Christmas present.

I didn’t want the doctors telling me what the gender my kids were,,, , I wanted to wait until they were born.I guess I’m just old fashioned like that.
