Congrats on the white possum. Makes it worth catching one.

57 years trapping. It's who I am. Every day is still as exciting as it was when I was a kid but a little more work.

I have a question for this scenario. Being new to the trapping game, where does one sell such items for taxidermy? Do you have a taxidermist that you contact specifically?

Had one coon today. But she weighed in at 28 lbs. Pulled some traps and moved to a new location. Things are pretty slow.

Our deer gun season starts on the 22nd.

I was talking with a guy and he said if I ever catch another black beaver he would give me 100 dollars for it. So I went and put a trap back in and caught this big girl. [Linked Image]

That's great beaver. I have caught lots of beaver but never a black one. I did catch a coal black coyote.

2 really nice coon and 4 grinners today. Pulled some traps and set some new areas.
