Poor girl didn't get a chance to eat. Those three ate everything as soon as it appeared. Kid was probably afraid to get between them and any food.

I think the proper punishment for people who do these things would be to send them to a North Korean deathcamp.
Starve them , work them like a slave , constant beatings until they die.

But don't let them die. Feed them just enough to keep them alive. Then repeat the cycle again and again and again until they beg for death.

No kidding. What's up with these people and their dogs these days? If you are going to have dogs yes you have to care for them but at the end of the day they are still dogs. Nobody wants to see you hauling your stupid dog around in the store or airport or anywhere actually.
