Love fresh deer liver too Bruce. I fry it in homemade concord wine and salt/pepper till medium rare After cutting one open and seeing the flukes wiggling around inside you couldn't get me to eat venison liver at gun point.

Bruce looks outstanding before you cook ur normal recipe try slicing it up and soaking it in milk in the fridge i do it overnite it takes all the bitterness out I will have to try that

Liver is the most nutrient-dense meat you can eat, actually. Nothing unhealthy about it.
Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.
