Nessmucks sourdough would be high on the list.
And some of Paul's cooking would be good to try. His wine is pretty good.

Thanksgiving day.....the wife is going to the kids house for the norm

Turkey, dressing, and all the fixing

Me, I will be at home with Lucy my beagle

Full blown seafood gumbo is for my supper, I will pass on the turkey

Now oyster dressing may turn my head like the exorcist !!!

I don't blame you. I have to cook Thanksgiving for our whole family though.

I was thinking more about someone in Alaska, I love crab legs!

I'd like to try some of Paul's Beaver Stew...I think he's got it perfected by now.

That would be my first beaver

If you make it to the NC Trappers Convention, I cook up a pile of onions, squash and portabella mushrooms on the flat top grill.

Reminds me of a black bear I shot once; I think I'll pass.
Other than that, looks pretty good.

So it's literally just beef, beef broth, and noodles?

Proudly banned from the NTA.

Bother me tomorrow. Today I'll buy no sorrows.

Yes. It thickens up as it cooks. Great over mashed potatoes. You can use Chicken instead of beef if you wanted. I add LB Jameson's Beef soup base to it too, and lots of salt and pepper. These ain't anything like store bought noodles.
