But the proponents of weed claim that there are no bad side effects at all. Even some of the ones on here. Same with covid "vaccination" proponents

In 1920 folks who liked to drink were looked down upon like todays stoners. Maybe in 100 years there will be weed advertisements during the Superbowl???

Recent studies came out refuting the idea that even minor daily consumption of alcohol (one drink) was beneficial to the human body. As it turns out, NO alcohol is the best way to live and there are no proven benefits to alcohol consumption.

Tobacco companies are required to post warnings that tobacco is pretty much sure death but people still pay $10 a pack for them.

Go to a casino that allows smoking it’s amazing the amount of smokers that gather there 100 year old looking folks (might be in their 40s) just puffing away it amazing. LOL

My great grandmother and grandmother were both smokers. Great Gma lived into her 90s and Grandma is currently 86 and still smokes. Guess maybe those "sure death" warnings aren't entirely accurate.

You can always tell the guys that couldn't buy weed back in high school.
Anyway, save these stoners from a tummy ache (according to the WHO....). You narcs are a trip. Could have, but saw no need to. I never needed those kinds of crutches. I personally don't care if they smoke it or not at home. However, the point is that the misinformation surrounding consumption is rampant.

the misinformation surrounding consumption is rampant I agree. I have heard people claim its not only benign but healthy. I believe it may alleviate some medical conditions but am very skeptical of claims it cures everything from warts to cancer. I do not believe its benign with no ill effects either. I also don't believe all the rhetoric put out by CDC WHO or any other alphabets. They too are guilty of some truly outrageous claims.

Weed is legal in NM and effectively legal in OK (amazingly). I am of the opinion there are few risks and many benefits. Regardless, people have their opinions/agendas and that debate is played out.
What is more interesting are psychedelics and the benefits they might have. My "research" on those also stopped several decades ago, but they are also generally harmless in my opinion.
I will confirm my very scientific conclusions on both when I retire.
Certainly has fewer ,significant side effects then the drugs the VA had me on. Interestingly enough,I can't be prescribed those anymore because they can cause irregular heartbeat. Go figure.
