And you know what else I hate? Christmas music on the radio. I don't want to hear Blake Shelton or any other (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) person sing White Christmas. And Bruce Springsteen yelling Santa Claus is Coming to Town makes me want to punch old people.

My neighbor asks why I do not decorate outside so the last few years I hang one Xmas ball on the piece of old ceder that adorns the yard, good enuff I say.

I'm with you there. It used to seem like every year I heard a Christmas song on November 1. I have to keep my radio off until the week before Christmas just so I can enjoy them.

My Grandmother was Bavarian, made a ton of her un-reproducible fantastic butter cookies that everyone got a tin of....but never a big Christmas decorator.... This was her setting up a tree....
Go outside and snap a spruce branch from the driveway tree, go inside, jam it into a flower pot, hang a small red ribbon on it and presto.....Christmas tree!
The original Charlie Brown tree!....

It will be game on come tomorrow around here. My wife puts in a ton of work and it looks fantastic. Usually 4 trees in the house plus all the little stuff

The wife has her tree picked out. I've got to cut it down on the way home in the morning. About an 8 foot spruce that's on some ground that's getting fenced for pasture next year, so my buddy doesn't mind us knocking it down.

I have to go down the stairs to the basement in a corner and carry our 7" Christmas tree up the stairs, take it out of the box and push the switch and it is all lite up magically. I am done. Sit it on a coffee table or around just any place I want.
I have way more decorations in our shop. Our bottling gal has it all decorated up with a tree and strung lites.
Never had such goings on in our facility in my life. Oh well, I have to keep those gals happy don't we. I will get a photo here in a day or so.
