The woods are only thick in the spring thru early fall. Once the leaves fall off all forests are thick. Hinge cutting is only good for one maybe 2 years. Plant a food plot in the middle of your land and build a shooting shack.

If you are seeing lots of deer and killing 150s and 180s you're good. Maybe plant some more white oaks in the thinner spots if you don't already have them
