I couldn’t help myself tonight and whipped up a fresh batch of Mac N Cheese. Served up on a soft shell with Cheetos and Ortega…I would normally leave off the Ortega from such a fine meal but it’s a bit past its expiration. I couldn’t find the exact expiration date but it was starting to grow so I gave it one last go.

Now before you go poo pooing this as a poverty meal, keep in mind I added about $0.30 of butter to the Mac. I also have enough leftover for breakfast!

Kraft macaroni and cheese is good with a little Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce. Ortega is likely good too.

Add a little canned chilli. Works with Mac and cheese. Never tried cheetos but I approve.

lol…I stole them from my kids. The only way Cheetos cost more is if you get them from Subway! My kids always go to Subway and bring home the leftovers. I just need to be careful that I leave some in the bag so they don’t realize I took some. Otherwise it starts a war about how I did them wrong and need to buy them more. This time, I was able to fly under the radar!
