Bingo. Trying to grill and smoke stuff when its 5 degrees and blowing 30 mph isn't a lot of fun

All joking aside I was skeptical on doing meats in it till I tried it. It's not as good as off the smoker or grill or flattop, but it ain't bad. Little olive oil and some rub pork chops and steaks come out pretty dang good.

And I'm not gonna debate food with folks that prefer bass and catfish over brook trout and walleye. whistle
