I worry about that also. I caught my fishers last year right away during the season last year. Hate to pull cat sets after fisher season. I try to find more travel route and not use bait but know that doesn't help cat catching either

Every year I say I am not setting any BG's for cats. I walked back and got some 3N's and snares instead.

Had an interesting thing happen today. I checked this box and had a fisher approach and possibly enter the box and not get caught. Maybe I should place my pans on the bottom. I put fresh meat in there and Im expecting it to return.

I'm scratching my head as to why you would set with the pan on top???
