That’s an impressive spread, Keith.

Thanks Aaron. That was only a small portion of the food we had.

We have a party for New Year's where we eat something at least most of us haven't eaten. We've been doing it for around 20 years. We've eaten beaver, muskrat, raccoon, squirrel, groundhog, rabbit, venison, elk, goat, bison, camel, alpaca, kangaroo, partridge, pheasant, quail, guineafowl, geese, ducks, pigeon, doves, iguana, rattlesnake, python, alligator, snapping turtle, squid, octopus, cuttlefish, lots of species of crabs, lots of species of shrimp, oysters, clams, mussels, abalone, crayfish, lobster, scorpion, lots of species of fish.

There's always lots of more regular food too.

It's getting harder to find new meats to try.

Keith

Slow cooked with Mexican style seasoning over rice. Leftovers over nachos the next day.

Very cool Keith! Reminds me of a short story Sunbird by Neil Gaiman.
