I did a full rebuild on a 2001 polaris sportsman 500 and it came out to $500 after everything. They are not hard but can take time. Let me look around cause I might still have a book for it. YouTube can definitely be your friend. Would be a good project to do with your kids.

Thanks everyone. Had Friday off but worked nights and stayed over Friday morning tell 11. and didn't get home tell 3 with the drive and stopping to get a suppresors paper work started( system was crashed so didn't get done)

Then it was time for bed. Instead of 4 hours I ended up sleeping 12. Only waking uo once when work tried to call me in. This MS fatigue is hard to adjust to. Cutting fire wood today and only got half as much as I would like to and am wiped out. Taking a break need to change out chain. May just go up to the barn and try the iol down the spark plug hole like someguyinKansas suggested. Maybe feeling weak. Really suck when you body doesn't want to work like it should.
