jnsff69 OP trapper Joined: Dec 2017 Up a creek MT	Just wondering if anybody uses their 330's for cats. Whether its in a box or a cubby. Also would I be wrong for putting a foothold infront of the cubbies for either a shy cat or a second? Thanks Ya can't miss fur if yur traps are out somewhere. Or so I've been told.

Flesher2 trapper F Joined: Dec 2025 MN	A foothold placed in front of the box and one either on the side of the box or behind the box, would be much more effective than a conibear. You can get them with 220's, but you'll have some refusals. If you use a conibear, put a wood plate on the trigger wires and bend them into the box. They seem to enter them better, and they fire the trap with their chin or chest.
