Does anyone have some measurements for a good adjustable coyote or coon stretcher?

Best place is https://www.furharvesters.com/pdf/boardzises-dim.pdf

I know you said adjustable so what i did to mine was after I got the widest part I cut it in half with the tablesaw, for the nose I sliced it the put in a fender washer with 2 rivets so it can pivot.

From the older NAFA pelt handling manual.
The note below the right hand (Northern U.S.) pattern says:
Central and Southern U.S. Section boards should
be no narrower than 5" @ 11" and 6.5" @ 30".
