Keeping a few groceries on hand is like keeping some money held back. Good chance you wont ever need it but if you do will need it real bad. Same with a gun kept only to be used as a weapon.

We all just lived through Covid. It did not take long for stores to get emptied! Keeping supplies is very good advice.

I am disappointed that they didn’t have a bigger selection of root vegetables, which tend to keep longer . We got a mess of huge carrots , potatoes and sweet potatoes for cheap tho Need to take up canning, Smash.

How many pounds of salt do you have on hand? Near fifty. But it’s cow salt so I dont know if that’s okay!! And that’s my tannin salt!
