Well, yeah. All first amendment. The speech, at least. Neither person A or person B made any "true threats" to Joe Blow. Person C decided to commit a crime based on speech he heard.

Police call off chases all the time due to safety issues. They had her plate number. She had no warrants that have been reported. I watched the video and see no direct threat to any officer. She attempted to drive away. While going all of 1-1/2 miles per hour, she was shot dead, (multiple times), by an ICE officer. She was a U.S. citizen.
