Anyone used the Wyldwing Enticers? I’ve used them in the past when they were larger but these little ones are THE TICKET! I’ve got 2 dozen out now and they spin like little tornadoes if there is a breeze. I can see them clearly from as far as I can see something that small as they immediately catch my eye.

Fantastic product every cat trapper should have in their toolbox. I see people all the time talk about trying to catch cats. Eye attractors are at the top of the list and I can’t think of a better eye attractor.

More to follow.

I’ve found the large ones are too big for my wind. I can’t keep them out of the tree even with a weight and wire.

I don't have any of the Enticers or the Jr's
But I do use visual attractors on some of my sets.
Chicken feathers, duck & goose wings if my waterfowl hunting friends save any for me and definitely some Christmas decorations. It don't take a lot to catch the eyes of a bobcat and pull them into the vicinity of your set.

Apologies for my mug being in the pic again, couldn't make it edit worth a dang without me in the pic.

Rags, nice pics. I wish I could post a video on here of some wyldwing action. Great product when used with a fishing swivel.

I’ll see if I can get some pics tomorrow.

I’ve never had a bird mess with one. Birds have far too good eyesight to mess with one in my opinion.

I usually use a piece of tin foil tied with a turkey feather. Tied to a branch with swivel in the string.

I tried searching for this magical flag with no results. Anyone got a link?

Yote, Minnesota Trapline has them. They're in the Visual Attractors section, under Attractants. They have several different styles.

Never used anything but a flat set. Think I watched a matt jones video when I was a kid and it was going to rain so he turned all his dirt holes into flat sets. I'm not a Smart man but I just started turnen all my sets to flat sets and catch percentage went up and everyone was happy.

Very good video. Had something to do with lynn Dawson. Think he bummed a smoke off him.

John I carry one of those little assorted packs of split shot that you get in the Walmart fishing section. Depending how open the area is determines the size of weight I use. I've never liked string on my flags. I usually use the floral wire with a fishing swivel at the Enticer.

I use words of old cassette tape.

Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.

My early cat trapping years I worked with some flagging. Found out over the years that it wasnt needed to catch lots of cats. Attracted too much unwanted attention that I didn't want, so i stopped the use of flagging. If you got good locations, sets and odor that will work just fine in my experience.

If you have cats, nothing. If you have a stubborn cat, a gaudy dirt hole or a flat set with a turd.

I’ve been using the Wyldwings for several years. They seem to work. I really like them when using cages. I have some of the originals I guess. One type has a turkey feather, the other is a chukar pattern (maybe). They last forever, take tons of weather abuse. I use a fishing swivel on mine. Good product.

I trap for fun. I skin 'em for the money!
