See a doc and get a blood work up. If its weird for you feel tired all the time your body is probably telling you something.

I have exhausted (no pun intended) about every avenue trying to figure out why I am always tired. I am on C-PAP because the first thing dr checked was apnea. T level fine, thyroid fine, heart is good...I empathize with you, it is incredibly frustrating. One thing that really helped was taking creatine monohydrate every day. Didn't fix things 100% but really has been a godsend.
Just happy to be here.

Gosh there are lots of things you can do to change your energy level. You just have t experiment.
Most of us walk around dehydrated. Be sure you are drinking lots of water. Not diet drinks, gatorade or coffee or tea. Water. It is the natural lubricant for your body. Think how hard an engine works when low on oil.
Sleep. This one is highly under valued. Try to go to sleep as best you can with the sun and wake up with the sun. Get at least 7 hours. 8+ if possible. Sleep is the only place your body recovers from stress and the day's work.
Eat well. No processed foods. Think caveman. If you can't pick it or kill it, you don't eat it. Eat seasonally also. More protein. Cut the sugar to as low as possible. Zero if you can. Sugar is the devil.
If you are overweight, lose weight. Watch your food intake. Don't eat past 6 pm. Increase your protein intake. Decrease your carbohydrate intake. Decrease your fat intake. EXERCISE!! Get out and do something. ANYTHING!!
Acceptable T levels in modern pharmacy and medical practice are not at all realistic. Mainly controlled by the insurance machine. If you feel sluggish, got a gut, low libido, have an I don't care attitude, then your personal T level is probably too low. There is A LOT of info coming out about testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and peptides that the pharmacy and medical community seem unable to accept. Keep an eye on these.
Find a hormone specialist or a doctor that is realistic about testosterone. Most men over 50 can greatly benefit from some T therapy. It will be out of pocket. But with the money you will spend up front on this, it will be less spent on the back end for being sick.
Find a clinical exercise nutritionist. Not a dietician. That was the honest game changer for me. Nutrition is the game changer. Bar none.
Main thing is experiment on yourself. Pay attention to how you feel each day. Think about what you ate and drank the day before. Write stuff down. It really helps. Once you realize what your body needs to function at a better level, you will be on cruise and know what to do.
Own your health. Don't give it to a doctor or pharmacist.
How many lies will people believe before they realize their own idiocy?

Not sure of the exact situation for the op but I see people as they age lose muscle mass and add fat. That is not a situation conducive to having good hormone production and energy. Even if you get diet right and stay active you still need to lift heavy things regularly as you age, jmo-ymmv.

We have numerous relatives who became chronically tired and also developed heart problems after receiving mRNA COVID-19 vaccines - the vaccines that required two shots (Pfizer and Moderna). There are so many people who ended up with long term reactions that I am hoping a solution might be on the horizon.
Hopefully, that isn't the cause of your tiredness and there's a simpler solution. You will always improve if you are need of the lifestyle changes outlined by Bowhunter. Good luck!

To add a little to Patrice's and Bowhunter's very good info, are the amazing health benefits to fasting.
From the rejuvenation of digestion and gut health, making of stem cells, cleaning out toxins , defective cells, clear good brain function, systemic inflammation eliminated, to a whopping 70 % reduced chance of getting cancer . The tip of the iceberg. A host of more health benefits . Too many to list here. All in varied time lengths of water fasting.
My two favorite doctors are Mindy Pelz and Eric Berg. They both have many youtube and FB videos to see. I gained a world of education in my research and seeing for myself how good fasting is for the whole body. And mindset.
Anyone can do it. That doubt has long been addressed and proven. Lots of researched accounts of people who were sure they couldn't do even a small fast , but when they tried in following the right preparation, they did and felt the reward of trying with improved health and clear brain function.
In those videos , they break down day by day what the body does in huge health leaps . Makes for good motivation to know as one achieves each day's success. So far, Ive done mostly one , two, or three day fasts , at varied times during a month. Once in a while. Not too often. Mix it up to keep metabolic sensitivity. The most I've gone so far is six days on water and electrolytes alone. Many others have worked up to much longer than that. Only one to three days is very effective for all the health benefits needed.
Good nutrition, natural supplements, and exercise. It doesn't require long amounts of time for effective exercise, either. As people age, weight lifting is key. Tai Chi is superior for balance and exceptional body control , and blood circulation.
A half hour to 45 minutes of cardio and weight lifting is all that's needed for very good health , as often each week as possible.
That's been my routine for some years . Graduating to lifting heavy weights to failure in each round. It's amazing how much progress you see even in a few weeks. It feels good to be able to lift a large moose antler in each hand with not much effort...
Feeling great moving in your skin through life is the best.
Thanks to everyone for some very good health info shared.

The mountain men fasted and so did the Indians. Not sure they were all that happy about it though...and for sure their horses and dogs weren't!
No mention if their energy levels improved.

No mention if their energy levels improved. That very history is addressed by these doctors, as well as tribes in the past up to present , and how the body adjusted and benefitted them in times of hunting without food , to times of feasting in celebration. How our bodies are designed to do well with fluctuating circumstances. Research is immense from people worldwide in fasting, from cultural traditions to modern health goals alone. There is hardly any other subject that's been so well studied worldwide, as fasting. Preparations done the right way , in modern times, assures participants of a good successful fast. Even as small as a 17 hr fast. You dont starve at all , your body uses massive amounts of nutrition from stored fat and glucose . This is a scientific , safe way to health , unlike in times past .
