She make both boules ..and loaf pans ??


We make boules regular loafs and baggets cinnamon with and without raisins a dark chochalate and a seeded loaf along with sourdough cinnamon rolls. It depends on the week of what sells best but usually regular white sandwich loaves. All done in a regular oven she starts at about 3am Friday morning and bakes until midnight some times it’s a 40 week crammed into 2-3 says if you include clean up. We do einkorn as well but that’s mostly by order

OP, some of your New England cuisine looks a little bland for my tastes.....however, that bread looks beyond great, I think I can smell it from here.

What does she charge for say a sandwich loaf down there in your neck of the woods?
