If I want a steak, I buy a THICK 20-25 ounce ribeye, crank the grill to 600 degrees and give it a couple of minutes per side and then eat it with a side of Salt. I have nothing clever to put here.

Actually I haven't had a cigarette since Wednesday morning. I alternate between eating anything that isn't nailed down and considering killing the neighbor just because I know they are there. Crappiekiller trapper C Joined: Sep 2023 MO	I want a rare steak. My job sends me to all parts of the United States. I have sent back more steaks than I would like to admit for being over cooked. The best steak in recent memory was at Harry Carey in Chicago. I ordered a $100 ribeye that was supposed to be wagui (sp?) in south Texas last year that would’ve made decent jerky. CK
