[Linked Image]The inside of a loaded rabbit scooter. The 2x2s at the bottom run parallel to the way the scooter is pulled so that the grass stands up for the rabbits.

I found this in a quick search on line. Its how Daniel Salatin builds his rabbit tractors . He found running the slats in the direction you moved the tractor didnt bend the grass over between it like his other designs and the rabbits were more inclined to eat it the way they would naturally.

His dad is joal saluting and they run polly face farm in scoops Virginia. Joal has lots of great books out and is the head longer speaker at homesteading events all over the country.

I have been to his farm and seen him speak many time in person truly great genuine successful folks.
