I've heard that a lot lol , people are usually pretty surprised about how nice these boats are , shoot had some people down right upset were not living on a floating prison , eating hard tack n salt pork or something. But when your living 20 days out the month on these things they tend to make em look good and homey. Should see some companies like holding there full of polished woods and crome and thee polished .... every day.

Not sure how you grocery shop with that list so nice clean and able to read it. Wife makes me a list I take over half the time trying to figure out what it says. Lol she had a dr tell her, she had horrible penmanship after she wrote an order for him to sign. She said like you have room to talk! I keep trying to get her to go get her nurse practitioner degree she has the writing already down.

Lol it's one of our pilots specialities barbacoa or how ever that's spelled he skins it out chops it up and bake sit for like 8hr with some cheeks meat then shreds it . I personally dont like it but everyone else does so
