Have a few NO BS taps in my inventory and some of them are losing their coating after being left in the ground a while.

Wondering if anyone has had any luck removing whatever they are coated with?

And what you treated them with after removing the factory coating?

I figure they will get cleaned up and dipped like all the other traps I have but thought I would see what other have had luck with before I start experimenting

BT, I have never re-coated my no-bs traps but I have seen that Kendall does sell a product that does exactly that...might want to check that out.
That coating is some tough stuff!

I've used the touch up paint. It works pretty good. Doesn't last as long as the actual coating but these were the Beaver Extremes.
