Looks like some of them dry areas might finally get their rains. Hopefully, it is moisture without the damaging storms. Mowing the grass here this morning and it started snowing....ugh.

Not getting enough where it's needed the most. But we'll take whatever is offered, beggars can't be choosers.

So far it has been too far north to help. But, maybe tommorrow.

Fire near me has burned nearly 33,000 acres of timberland and is 40% contained.

We're getting some much needed rain here today. Got about an inch so far and its still raining.

Should be putting a dampening on this fire.

Finally got the dust and pollen knocked down here but still under a statewide burn ban. We have had just over an inch in the last week but 30 miles north, less than 1/2". Been pretty spotty and a long way from easing the drought conditions. Lakes are low and several water systems have implemented water use restrictions.
