And the Puerto Ricans don't want to be a state. lol I'd have to study on Cuba, on the one hand they have been a potential threat for an awful long time, and have drawn support from our rivals in order to continue to be a potential threat and make us look over our shoulder occasionally while dealing with places like Russia and China. Clear back in Theodore Roosevelt's time we were militarily involved on Cuba. But would we really lower the threat level by incorporating them in the US, with all the pro communist and socialist citizens?
