I used to haul meat and bone meal from Emporia KS to Mid South Milling on Presidents Island in Memphis. Get there late at night. Get unloaded (grain hopper). Drive over to Archer Daniels Midlands on the N.E. side of Memphis to load cotton seed pellets. Sleep a few hours in their parking lot so I could load early for 700 plus mile drive to a feedlot near Garden City KS the next day. Kept my pistol within reach the whole time. I dont think Memphis has ever been a safe city.
