They're more expensive than many other things, more work involved with cutting them, and it looks like it's a little difficult to get them to lay flat. Isn't wax paper, coffee filters, cupcake wrappers, or polyfil just easier all around?

I agree. you can't beat a pocket set for coons, plus they catch mink and rats.
