LOL. Funny how a hunting charges thread & one asking about BB are beside each other.

He could be scanning the net for pics to post on his Facebook page for engagement. He could be arguing with the actual owner of the pics in the comment section of the post made for engagement. Just a couple of thoughts.

I just saw a video last night he got banned from Canada for a year something about there saying he guiding/outfitting without a permit and supposedly he was just helping some new owners with a bear camp and not getting paid.

I dont think getting paid or not makes any difference under the law.
Could be from the enhanced border security pushed by the yanks.
I know I wont take a chance crossing the border anymore,dont want to wind up in alligator alcatrz.

This may be the tip of the iceberg depending on how far the feds or other provinces want to go. There's quite the publicly posted evidence trail going back some time....

Sad deal, hope Bernie don’t take it in the shorts too hard and this gets straightened out. I don’t think he would have done anything such as he is being accused of had he had any inkling this might happen. Especially considering he’s got another hunt planned in Canada this year, his YouTube channel reputation, and the International Black Bear show he’s coordinating in Grand Rapids this summer. Maybe some I’s should have been dotted and some T’s crossed that weren’t, but I don’t believe there was any mal-intent and hopefully some common sense prevails. Happy trapping! ScottW

I messaged him on facebook. Seen his post. I know at my buddies camp we cannot help with much of anything due to risk of being accused of working. We watch it very close and it is a shame cause on a semi-guided hunt helping is so much a part of the experience. Years ago had couple gents loose their truck, and were booted out for 5 years. Sucks for sure when trying to help out is all. But their country their rules.

Look up Noel feather. He was a great hunter and made money guiding and on VHS sales. UNTIL HE DIDN'T !!!!

yet people in the US think millions a year should be allowed into the US to work for pay without being even checked to see who they are , what they are doing and if they are qualified to be doing it.

I found it interesting in the video that he didn't like that the burden of proof was put on him. I found it interesting because when he was using my photos falsely on his Facebook page he was all in on putting the burden of proof on me in the comment section to prove they were mine.

If he was claiming your bear pics as his own,for advertizing purposes that sounds pretty shady.
I wonder if any of his other pics were random off the net.

No, he wasn't using bear pics. They were actually pics of great big whitetail sheds that I found about a decade ago. He was using them on his personal Facebook page strictly for site engagement.

That's how FB pages can be monetized. It's why you see some that used to post some really good stuff every now and then, to posting all kinds of junk several times a day.

ever consider transporting a minor across International boarders a little problem.....
