Yesterday was a bad day for us. We had to put down our dog ( Doc ). He was fine less than two weeks ago, and now he is gone. He was diagnosed with cancer a week and a half ago, and the went down hill very fast.
I got this pup from a member on here 9 years ago, in Wyoming , and he gave us his best!
My boy Doc will be missed. [Linked Image]

That's always tough. My thoughts are with you. Lost my cur to cancer a couple years ago, quick slide too.

The worst part of having a dog is when you loose them. They give us unconditional love and loyalty, we give them the best life we can and that includes the horrible responsibility of making the call to ease their suffering when its time. As bad as it hurts its worth it and I cant imagine not having at least one dog In my home or life without one. There are 3 Currently, intentionally staggered ages with the hope no 2 will pass close together.

I hope the hole left can bee filled with the fond memories.

Makes for a tough day. Sorry to hear about your loss.

Got a photo from a speeding camera in the mail. I immediately sent it back - way too expensive and really poor quality.

[quote=Zim]Sorry to hear that Gary. Losing a dog is tough.

After we fished together at twin Bridges in 2017, cindi and I drove to Wyoming to pick him up from CMCF, in Laramie. It seems like yesterday to me, but it’s been 9 years already!

That is tough. Remember the laughs he gave you. Yes a person can laugh and cry at the same time....

Sorry to hear that. The cost of a good dog is the heartache at the end.

Hang in there.
