Sorry to hear it. BB

Every kid needs a Dog and a Curmudgeon.

Remember Bowe Bergdahl, the traitor.

Beware! Jill Pudlewski, Ron Oates and Keven Begesse are liars and thiefs!

Having to put a dog down is as rough as it gets. Hang in there and I am sorry for your loss.

I have nothing clever to put here.

There is a dog out there now that needs to fill that spot that is empty at your house. You were obviously and great dog owner. Too many dogs out there deserve someone like you. Remember the fishing with doc. Now hurry up and get another. Start looking at the pound. One will come along and you and your family will know that is the one.

You did the right thing. No dog that gives you that level of companionship and loyalty deserves to suffer. Your last act was an act of mercy for a dear friend.

It's what men do.

How many lies will people believe before they realize their own idiocy?

I went 14 years between dogs. The first 3-4 were the hardest. I cried for 2 days straight. Cried so hard I popped a blood vessel in one eye. When I got the current one, she was the pick of the litter and I wouldn`t trade her for the world or anybody in it. She is the best person I have ever known. Thank God she loves to go beaver trapping.

The Beaver and the Bear will show the way.

4 weeks ago our 13 yo female golden retriever Honey went limp, she had sundowners, just a matter of time. Vet was at our house in 15 minutes and the wife agreed it was time.
66 years married we have always had dogs but my wife always wanted to wait for another after losing one. This time she was ready so I searched and checked with a breeder but our kids said not a puppy for you too. Luckily one breeder offered us a 6 yo golden 13 hours away and drove the most beautiful female that immediately fit in with our 6 yo yellow lab.all the way to us.
We are in the sunset of our lives and we WILL ALWAYS have 2 dogs. They are such a joy.

THANKS FOR ALL THE DOG LOVERS ON TM!

I love the smell of burning spruce---I love the sound of a spring time goose---I love the feel of 40 below---from my trapline I will never go!
