At least you have a sense of humor about it. I’m sorry you’re having such trouble.

Thanks for the prayers everyone.

Smash I try to make light of it. Some days im more successful with that than others.

New morning routine sine im always home . Try not to wake the wife up for an hour to 30 min since I always seem to wake uo before her even with going to bed an hour or two later.and look like im still asleep. Once she leaves the room start 20 mins of stretching. Its unbelievable how thats what it took to realize how sore my muscles are. Just guessing but they are probably tight all the time becoming sore and its become normal and I have not noticed until stretching.

One odd thing that I notice now and then I cant make since of. When stretching my triceps my left arm rubbed on the left side of my head and its quite tender. I notice this every few years for a while then it goes away. It'd right where my skull fracture was fron the wreck my son was killed in. I always figured som sore of Fandom deferred pain. But it sure let's me know about it with the lightest touch.

Recently her condition has exacerbated but, while our lifestyle has certainly changed, we still have a great life and love for each other and are living life as fully as possible. Packing for a 5-day vacation in an accessible cabin right now. Will spend a lot of time in the woods on our UTV.

I wish you my best.

Hang in there PF.
I have a cousin that has that he was diagnosed many years ago.
He and his wife have travelled all over the world since his diagnosis.
Best thing is a positive attitude and live life for today.
