The thing is I much prefer darkness
I hate daylight time .

We should be on permanent STANDARD TIME....not daylight savings time.

Kids will be waiting in pitch darkness for school buses.

Exactly how I feel. Bunch of suit-wearing politicians thinking everybody has bankers hours.

Or at least a halfway compromise.

We've had standard time for 12 years. It's very convenient.

My home region used to be in the UTC+6 zone, but in 2016, 2 years after standard time was adopted countrywide, we voted to move our region to to UTC+7 pretty unanimously, back when voting still worked here, mostly to deal with the stupid early sunrises/short usable days issue in the winter, and it made things very comfortable.

When will this take effect??

Standard time works for me...if you're not punching a clock what does it matter?, there's only so much day time, call it what you want....for every advantage of daylight savings, there's a disadvantage somewhere...just pick one and be done with it!.
