Guys, now is the time to crash course each others medical histories, medications and most importantly know the procedures and care required, never trust a white coat because it's a white coat. Educate yourself, the life of someone you love will depend on it.

I see others, family and friends that have COPD , first thing they do is go on oxygen , two years later they're gone.
Some cases are different, depending on the type of COPD , but there all treated the same.

Have been on oxygen for 8+ years , used it about one week, and got tired of dragging a hose just to go to the bathroom.
Couldn't go 10 feet without gasping for breath.
Sat down and got my breath back , and never used oxygen since.
I'm still here and seen so many that lasted two or three years on oxygen!
2 liters to start and a year later 7 liters and dead in 6 -8 months

Anyone getting care needs to be their own care advocate and if they aren't capable needs someone like you along. I recommend keeping a detailed care journal during your various visits and stays. Good luck to you. If there is anything we can do let us know.

I've told the wife that a doctor is only a person that has been to college a few years longer than we have. They are not the know all saving grace.

Question their advice!

Learning to breathe correctly goes a long way in keeping your respiratory system working properly
In through the nose and out through the mouth
It also helps with anxiety and stress

Also, check into mullin tea, I'm sure there's some growing wild near you

The AMA is as corrupt as any other government organization
God gave us everything we need to heal ourselves, the plants, fungus and bacteria of the world are the cures to every aliment we can get from the earth
Man just can't make money off of a plant that just grows in your yard or the woods or in the water
