Do you think a vets office would be an ok place to place ADC cards? After all, pet owners can be fickle but at the time they don't like skunks, snakes etc that could harm their kitties and Rover.
Place cards or pass?

Thanks, Sarge

In my opinion, no! To many tree hugger types with their kitty's and pup pups worrying about getting caught in those nasty traps!! And of course they love all animals and its cruel to trap them. JMO.

I think it's a good idea but the "fur baby" type folks would probably hate it.

Eh...wot?

Maybe talk to the Vets themselves?

Guy we have I call Dr Kevorkian, you don't want to know how many euthanizations he's done...A guy like that won't be squeamish about some problem critters and can give the patients your number

I used to back when I did the whole card passing around thing. It varies by office, some are headed up by female rescue types and are the worst, others are more pragmatic and can be worked with. None have actually hurt my business, so it doesn't hurt to try a meet and greet. I just wouldn't go out of my way or expend an inordinate amount of effort as there are higher value targets out there like the few pest controls that havent tried to do wildlife as well or won't take on coyote/beaver.

Tip, don't pick fights and try to be pragmatic. One of my longest and best referrals has been the big animal rehabber in the metro. All stems from a closed door come to Jesus meeyting with the founder years ago after I got tired off him scaring off coyote work. He was pragmatic as am I and if you can have that conversation it might swing your way.
