Anyway some white boy just got stoned and almost beat to death for being in a crowd and saying praise jesus or some such thing. The cops pulled him into a cruiser to save his life as someone was beating him in the head with a stone. Seems like that would be a pretty standard self defense position. Plenty of cameras rolling. Three four pistols maybe, extra mags. Sure seems like a guy could get some work done should he have to go about defending himself. Nothing says you have to be alone when you defend yourself. You can have friends. They can defend themselves as well. Maybe its time for a good lesson in american civil rights. Self defense is important. So did I , but they could care less about the workers. Why work the same job, and get the same pay, while another does nothing and still get the same pay? Why are companies going to Mexico, or other countries ? Why did you have to pay someone to get into an automotive job? Unions were a good thing until the mafia got involved. Unions never did me a favor, just made me a pawn like the rest of the people in it. Made my job harder because I had to carry those that wouldn't do their job. Most were out on workers comp, and as soon as they came back, got hurt again. Yes unions were good for the workers until the mafia got control of them. Instead of carrying your own weight, you had to carry 3-4 people on your back. Why have a union when you can talk to your employer , and get raises on your own merit, and not have to carry the dead beats!

Why are companies going to Mexico, or other countries ? I setup the plants in Saltillo Mexico. Flew through Monterey. Theres three plants there now. 1.5 time after 40 double time on Sundays and holidays. 13 paid holidays.

We turned a failing big 3 auotomotive company into a well ran worldwide German automotive supplier. Had you used you LEAN production board correctly all you had to do was write tasks on it, assign people name to it, get things done, and move people out of your way. People to stubborn to change got left behind.

My employer was an old lady in Gernany that inherited one of the largest automotive suppliers in the world when her husband died.

Not sure what you are talking about. I worked in a plant for 20 years six and seven days a week 10-12 hours +. I wasn't allowed to work without a manager on site. The managers did not make overtime. I have no idea why you think they did.

Because the managers are salaried and waiving their right to OT was part of the contract they signed when accepting the job. All hourly workers MUST be paid overtime for any hours worked over 40.

Love ya. When we brought him home from the hospital it was our first night staying in that house. On the way to the hospital the Mrs was b-ing about not having a refrigerator to keep breast milk in. I told her I'd take care of it. She had no idea how. She was from Philadelphia. She went to HS with those JackA** kids that mad that movie. She'd say well they didn't really go to school. Their senior prank was putting cows on the roof of the school. They had to use a crane to take them down, they wouldn't go down the stairs they went up. They came to school and cow patties were in the hallway. Anyway we pulled into Sears where a guy I went to HS withs mom worked. She picked out a fridge and I had them deliver it and told them the door was unlocked and when we came back from the hospital there it sat.
I worked all night the night before he was born. I fell asleep in the waiting room. They took us back and I laid on the floor against the wall on the other side of the room and slept. The nurse kicked me and said it was time to get up. I went over and caught him coming out. The Dr was like are you good and I was like I think I will be fine and I was down there on the business end with him and he was impressed. When she woke up I was eating biscuits and gravy from the cafe.
I have no idea what any of that has to do with the conversation but glad you were there for the birth of your child I guess? Just like any non-union worker would have been? You know, like CSK?

Ps they never asked if i wanted to be in a union. I didnt know i was in a union. I was in a union bc of the position I filled. Engineers there were unionized. I didnt have any say in it and i didnt have to sign a contract either. There was a contract between us and management and ibwas just automatically part of it.

Yeah that job I applied for didn't either. They hired me... and I signed their paper saying I was hired....then they told me I would be union.... and I told them to go to hades and walked out.

IUE CWA 755 758. You can probably google our union. Dayton was the inly automotive town that was automotive not in the UAW. GM was grandfathered in UAW. Or maybe said better my Chrysler plant was grandfathered IUE CWA.
Some contractor pulled into the plant grounds between the buildings at the chrysler plant and when he came back outside a forklift had put it in a dumpster. I drove a ford and had to park in the back lot. Company policy.
Guns are great, love em, but in a real SHTF scenario, you ain't got a chance... not when there's no back up, Govt will just call you a criminal and eliminate you, and don't count on the police , they're the eliminators....

I did a 40 year stint in the Steelworkers Union.Did alright by me with a decent pension.I was also Shop Union Steward so I had that headache thrown in for good measure.

I had steel workers working for me. Contractors. Hard workers. They were my grunts getting things done. One of our operators called a short guy with a mullet a wussy with a p passing him in the aisle and the steelworker turned around and chased him down. I had tobjump in between them and explain to our dipstick that he wouldnt walk passed a construction site and call everyone that bc youd get beat down and these boys dont care that they are in our plant visiting. It diffused but was pretty funny.
2nd amendment talk? I have an idea. An executive order declaring selling you hard drugs is the same as attacking you and threatening your life. Imagine the sons fathers and brothers effected with family members addiction and how that enables them to take care of buisness. Just go to their dealer, buy, get it on tape, have less drug dealers. Alot of people less willing to sell then. Wed have to work out a few details.
