You making any changes, this season, to your skinning, put up or drying area?
Any new knives? New streatcher? New skinning setup?

I'm going with same as before. I've made several changes over the years and comfortable with my setup.

I made a little more room for hanging boards, but that;s about it. Like Hern, I'm comfortable with my setup.

No changes other than getting a new fan. My old was... well getting old, and end of the year I was having to give it a spin with my finger to get it started going.

Did built me a new trap storage "shed" though for my canine traps. Just a roof, no sides, so lots of air circulation, built down in the woods a couple hundred yards from the house away from any odors. That way I can hang all my traps out of the elements after I prep them in the spring and they can hang and air in the open until I get ready to set them, without being rained or covered in snow. Had stored them in totes in a shed at one time but was always worried about odors (never had any issues that I noticed) and had been hanging them in trees in the woods, but often by the time I went to set them they would be covered in snow and ice and I would have to beat the ice off them.
