Can remember when Donald Ducks were protected here in the states.

I don?t recall Canadas ever being protected. There is no shortage
They fall under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act Canada (GBR) and the US agreed to both comply with signed in 1918ish IIRC but I?m sure these guys know that eh?

Bird flu took a lot of them down south of Winnipeg. People started panicking when there was dead geese on their patios and retention ponds. Conservation said it?s all fine??just don?t let youre pets eat them??.lol
It did a number on the fox coyote and other carrion feeders around Winnipeg too. Ole Mother Nature will deal with the problem once it gets out of hand but we might not like all the collateral damage.

Over the years I have met quite a few American hunters here in NE Ont.
Basically they are either one of two types.
Some ar like elmer fudd and the rest are like rambo.LOL.
Basically role players.Trying to be like someone they read about or seen on TV.
See the same thing with hunters from southern ontario
