For fish oil?

I do get oil, but the fish juice is even better. I let the last bucket go for two years.
I strain it thru two layers of 1/4 inch fencing.
As a trailing scent it shined for coon in dps
In test dirt holes in the summer I had two inch holes about12 inches deep and all holes were dug deep within a week. There was evidence of rolling but I assumed it was after it was dug up.
I've yet to use it with a trap though.

Here in KS I use spoonbill or flathead fat. All the old government tests consistently rate synthetic fatty acid as a number one attractant. Beaver tail oil does the same thing. there is a post on trap shed asking about a Carmen lure. If you develop your own stuff you dont need to worry when "old reliable" is no longer available.
