We had a big fallout of warblers this weekend caused by passing thunderstorms. It’s a cool experience that I haven’t seen for 5-6 years were the trees are just dripping with birds. Gets overwhelming looking thru bunches of fast moving birds with trees and bushs being leafed out looking for a”good” warbler. Good warblers are the rare ones. Found a couple with a Black-throated Blue and a Prothonotary Warbler which was a life bird for me.
The many variations of colors in warblers is so cool.
Hope you enjoy.

They don't stay in one place very long, so you did very well. Nice pics. Digging the Redstart

As always, great photos, Tray. For the last few years I've been seeing some of the prothonotary warblers here. At first glance they were easily confused with our American goldfinches, the exception being they were missing black caps.

I always thought they would be different to tell apart from yellow warblers, but I was wrong. So much brighter.

Yes, almost a glowing neon color.

Great pics! You’re pictures are always outstanding.
We missed the warblers here, except for the restart, but now it feels like we didn’t
Thanks for posting

I know they are in one of my bird houses for sure I did not want to bother the other houses on the poles and spook them.

Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

Wow. Those all look about identical. That would be really difficult and would almost always need a picture to ID them correctly.
Thanks for posting those pics.

Lots of great bird photos.
I put out grape jelly for all the orioles and had a beautiful Indigo Bunting hitting it as well as the orioles. That is such a cool bird!

I don't always carry all my groceries on one arm, but when I do, my keys are usually in the wrong pocket.
