I am using up the last of my egg noodles. Made a pound a few days ago for the wife and I. We have been eating good lately.

Here is my last bowl of Venison tips, noodles and brown gravy for this week. The meat is from our recent canning of deer meat. It certainly is excellent eating.

Took out two packages of tenderloin to thaw and to prepare them for a rub I am going to vac seal for a day or so in the fridge.

In our house, leftovers are called couldants. You couldn’t eat it all last night, so you’re eating it again tonight.

That meal really filled me up. I doubt I will need any dinner tonight. That meal was about a 1/4 lb of noodles cooked and half a pint of venison tips.

That looks delectable. I like leftovers. I like eating well more than I like cooking. Cook a big meal and eat it a couple or three times.
