Had a plate of pig's feet in Paris. They call them trotters.

My grandmother, born in 1888, used to make them. She was a marvelous cook

Funny story about pig's knuckles. My mom kept them on the frig door shelf and my grandfather would open door and grab one. My mom was watching/raising the neighbor's two children because the mother took off. They would see my grandfather grab a knuckle and eat it. They would follow suit and eat a knuckle. We got a good laugh every time they did that.
