My subscription ran out. I didn't realize it until the Game Commission sent me a post cars saying I'd missed an issue. I called and renewed for two years.

I ask if I had really missed an issue and he said yeah but he'd find a copy of the April issue (the one I missed) and get it out to me. Two days later it arrived, he UPS's it to me free of charge.

I thought that was pretty good customer service.
