…. Been fairly quiet in here lately

I just bought another farm and an scrambling to keep up at work. I was never one of the problem causers anyways, everyone loves me!

Let's not forget that Biden comments were taboo also.

Life isn't a one-way street.

Most of the debates were political--even though they weren't supposed to happen. They have been for years here.

Opinions, even on TMan, are changing. Nobody wants to admit they were wrong but many are starting to question their beliefs when faced with soaring fuel and living costs. Politicians and the media can't lie eough to dispute a voter's wallet. Also, we're stuck in another foriegn war and still don't have the Epstein files. Some people are getting richer now but most are losing significant ground. I could go on but that's not my point. The point is that many no longer support, at least not as strongly, the positions they previously fought for in those debates.

But there are die hards that will ride it into the ditch. It's still a free country so I respect that right.

And it doesn't take an online MENSA certificate to know that the Karens on TMan run and tattle everytime someone says something anti-Trump, anti-Israel or opposing whatever we're doing in Iran. Also their right and it's Paul's site, but I'd expect these staunch believers to defend their position straight up. Because political posts only become a problem when someone offers a viewpont that opposes the current federal government--and their friends.

I don't necessarily know if I would say my opinions are changing. I voted for Trump 3 times and if the 2024 election were held today I would again, because what other option was there....Kamala? That said, no politician has ever done exactly as I wish they would do and Trump is no different. I have no problem calling him out on his choices that I disagree with, and I really do not understand the mentality of those that view people that do so as being an enemy. I promise I am not an enemy of conservatism lol.

I like a lot of things Trump has done. I like his handling of immigration. I like the welfare reform he signed that I posted about yesterday. And while many republicans oppose it, I even support the Iran war.....however... I do wish he would get on with it already......AND that support will quickly change if he pulls out of there and leaves it a bigger mess than it was when he went in. I love the deregulation that has occurred under Trump, that alone makes voting for him worth it.

I do NOT support his handling of the economy. I am not a fan of the way he handled tariffs. I am not a fan of his attacks on the Fed. I am completely against his efforts to have the U.S. government taking up equity in private businesses.... that is socialism.

Despite that, I still think he was better than the alternative.
