Appleton airport was evacuated to the basement

We have friends in Grand Chute. Will talk with them later. Cut a swath through a lot of high density area. Good thing it went over Lake Winnebago. We live about 10 miles east of the path and we got lots of rain which we needed but not like some areas where they got 3 inch hail and 4-5 inches of rain per hour. Several accidents on the major highways as people were blown into other traffic. Estimates are there are 50-60,000 without power. Winds caused transformers to explode.
