I spend several hours a day out looking for fishing lures and come across a ton of fur bearer activity while doing it. I have become used to seeing the raccoon tracks as they forage for washed up fish and birds as well as the mink doing the same thing. Something I have also observed is that canines are extremely curious when searching the sandy shoreline. One area had a white style compost bag wash up several weeks ago which was covered up with sand in a matter of days until there was just a small white shard of plastic sticking out of the sand. EVERY night the canines come by and dig and tug around that area. Just goes to show how curious animals can be.
