This is what I came up a couple a years ago. I keep it in a shed out back that has no heat, so in the winter time I bring it up to the garage where it is warmer. It keeps the fat contained pretty well. I scoop up the fat each day and put fresh sawdust down each day to keep momma happy from the smell somewhat. Sawdust is a must.

Thanks Tony and Redneck. I see Tony you are a carpenter so this would be no problem for you and I'm sure you could make some added ideas to it to fit your likings.

I mount my beams (one curved surface, one flat surface) on my workbench so they are protruding out at between chest and waste level instead of an angle up from the floor. With the beams set up this way I don't have to bend whatsoever - easy on the back and I can flesh all day if need be. As for catching the flesh/fat I just cover the floor with newspaper and put a couple of fish tubs under the beams - when done it all goes into the green bin to be taken away to the local compost facility or hauled out back to feed the birds.
