Thanks for sharing. Gives me an idea to try the lemon juice/worchestshire sauce mix as a saute sauce with pan fried bluegills.

I think I'll try that with ling cod, sounds real good.
It takes 43 muscles to frown, 17 to smile, but only 3 for a proper trigger squeeze.

Jeremy try one of them fish grilling basket dealys??? They work real well and shorten your cooking time. My wife loves fillets cooked that way.  ~ADC~

ADC, Where can one find one of those fish fly swatters? Never saw one before - looks like it would come in handy.

I've tried grillin catfish but for me it just aint the same, in the south them things are meant to be FRIED!

Most any sporting goods store that sells camping equipment will have them. They also make them for steaks that will work for fish, and are probably cheaper.
