Now, wait a minute.... LOL McGrath , AK is INTERIOR ALASKA!!! NO ROADS!! Those FRESH Bakery items would have to be priced higher to allow for the increased cost of shipping the raw materials ! Then again, I could just price them the way they are priced here in NY. That would pretty much even everything out ! There can't be that many people in McGrath with a hankering for baked goods to make a profit, can there ??

Right there's only about 320 people here. That's 318 too many. But seriously CB, I'll bet you could make a profit. Do you know that Alaska is the largest per capita consumer of ice cream in the nation? true story. I can vouch for that! I sell more ice cream than almost anything else here!

Do you know that Alaska is the largest per capita consumer of ice cream in the nation? true story. A PROFIT ?? Are we taking McGrath, or Anchorage ? Does McGrath have an official Business District ? What about Special Use Permits, SPEDES regulations, and possibly having to go before the ZBA ? Wetlands Survey ? Flood Zone ??? (Don't want the product to get wet!!) One thing you have not mentioned, is all the people that come in on the Penn Air flights each day . That adds to the population count !!

They try to require it. It's no problem to just ignore them. Yup kinda like a building permit here you want to make a addition build a shop whatever just do it and no we will not see a building inspector of any kind if we did get a permit
We get out of life only as much as we really want and work hard enough to achieve

Ok, guys, need some help here !!
Got the tour guide book sent to me from Florida about the different towns to check out. Sent out for the SC Book and the Tour guide book from AZ. What I am looking for now, is a book on the different towns in Alaska to move to. Is there such a book ? Would Alaska department of Tourism ( or whatever it is called) have something like that ?
Thanks,
